Tour De Gracetown – Group Ride

Saturday 24th October 2026 (8am-11am)

Tour de Gracetown 2026: An Important Update

For years, the Tour de Gracetown has brought our local cycling community together to challenge ourselves and support an incredible cause. As we look ahead to this year’s ride on Saturday 24th October 2026 we are making a shift in how we roll.

The Tour de Gracetown will not be running as a formal event this year, but rather as a casual, community-driven cycling group ride. Why the change? Formal events come with heavy event expenses, insurance overheads, and rising logistics costs. By stripping back the official event infrastructure, we eliminate these expenses entirely. This ensures that 100% of your donation on the day goes directly to The River Angels, helping them continue their vital work providing support to cancer patients and their families right here in our South West community.

The Details:

  • When: Saturday 24th October 2026 | 8am (please arrive by 7.30am for safety briefing)
  • Location: Fraser Gallop Estate (493 Metricup Rd, Wilyabrup WA 6280)
  • Format: Casual community group ride (no timing chips or road closures)
  • Route: see details below
  • Donation: $25 on the morning directly to The River Angels

No fuss, no event fees—just a passionate group of local riders coming together to make a real difference.

Long Table Lunch – SOLD OUT

Saturday 24th Oct 2026 (12:30-4pm)

After the ride, we’ll enjoy a Long Table Lunch in the Fraser Gallop Estate barrel room. Nigel and Dorothy will generously host us and guide us through their award-winning wines.

A delicious three-course menu has been created by Supper Road, showcasing local produce from Margaret River.

The 2026 Route: Classic Courses, New Format

To keep things familiar, safe, and highly rewarding for our regular participants, the 2026 ride will follow the classic course footprints from our past formal events. You can expect to ride the familiar Palladian and Parterre routes.

Course Details & Navigation:
  • The Palladian Route: Our signature long-course loop, designed for experienced riders looking for a solid challenge, varied elevation, and maximum scenic rewards.
  • The Parterre Route: The classic mid-distance loop, offering a fantastic balance of rolling hills and smooth flats, perfect for steady group riding.
How It Works This Year:
Because this is a self-regulated community group ride rather than a closed-road event, there will be no physical directional signage or course marshals. We want everyone to stay safe and together on the day.
